Role Overview
We are looking for a Social Media & Performance Marketing Executive who can manage day-to-day social media activities while planning and executing paid campaigns. The role focuses on creating content strategies, running boosted posts and PPC campaigns, and optimizing performance to achieve measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage social media content calendars across platforms
- Create and publish social media posts in coordination with design and content teams
- Execute and optimize boosted posts and paid social media campaigns
- Plan, run, and manage PPC campaigns on platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on reach, engagement, leads, and conversions
- Define targeting strategies, budgets, and ad creatives in collaboration with internal teams
- Track metrics and prepare performance reports
- Stay updated with social media trends, platform changes, and best practices
Required Skills & Tools
- Hands-on experience with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Experience running paid ads and boosted campaigns
- Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and/or Google Ads
- Understanding of targeting, audience segmentation, and basic funnel concepts
- Ability to analyze campaign data and take optimization decisions
- Strong communication and coordination skills
Good to Have
- Experience with basic content writing or copy adaptation for ads
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics or platform insights
- Understanding of lead generation and conversion tracking
- Exposure to A/B testing and campaign experimentation
