Role Overview
We are looking for a UI / UX Designer who is passionate about creating intuitive, user-friendly digital experiences. You will work closely with developers, product teams, and stakeholders to translate ideas and requirements into clear, engaging designs.
Key Responsibilities
- Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes for web and mobile applications
- Design clean, consistent, and user-focused interfaces
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
- Participate in requirement discussions and translate them into design solutions
- Maintain design consistency across products and platforms
- Iterate designs based on feedback and usability considerations
Required Skills & Tools
- Hands-on experience with Figma for UI design and prototyping
- Experience using Miro or similar tools for ideation and collaboration
- Understanding of wireframing, prototyping, and UX principles
- Basic knowledge of responsive design concepts
- Ability to communicate design ideas clearly
Good to Have
- Understanding of usability testing and user research basics
- Familiarity with design systems and component-based design
- Exposure to HTML/CSS concepts (not mandatory)
- Experience working with developers in an Agile environment
