Role Overview
We are looking for a QA Engineer – Manual Testing who is detail-oriented and committed to ensuring product quality. You will be responsible for validating application functionality, identifying issues early, and working closely with developers to improve overall product stability.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute manual test cases for web applications
- Identify, document, and track bugs using Jira
- Create and maintain test cases and test scenarios
- Perform functional, regression, and basic sanity testing
- Collaborate with developers to reproduce and resolve issues
- Update test reports and test data using Google Sheets
Required Skills & Tools
- Understanding of manual testing fundamentals
- Experience with Jira for bug tracking and test management
- Ability to write clear and structured test cases
- Basic knowledge of SDLC and STLC
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
Good to Have
- Exposure to Agile or sprint-based development
- Basic knowledge of API testing concepts
- Familiarity with browsers and device compatibility testing
- Understanding of test documentation best practices
